We’re told to lower salt.
Increases blood pressure
Exactly why I’m after a bout of low / zero adding to meals, doing it again.
For I will be warmer, that’s my goal. Yes I already know where I am in this scenario. Manifestation and all that.
I’ve always been coignizant mentally physically etc what goeth on around me, lest I have too much going on in my own brain.
And the weather and temperature is no different. Very malleable by weather. Very.
So in morning, when you ARE cold, for it is circadian rhythm, I’m verm uch so.
This is hard to measure
But yeah just moving around makes me cold
“Salt increases UV absorption”
- Jack Kruse.
What does this mean?
From Pollack we learn how EZ water is made and what is is.
ANd a charge is there is highly relevant ,are we to forego it we will be criminially charged. Nah jk. A good pun though
So here goeth
Salt, most commonly Sodium Chloride, is itself higly water soluble.
Mixed into a bowl of water, the solution becomes homogenous
Homo – same
Genous – kind
The salt grains appear to have mixed in with the water
Now we already knew this, didin’t we?
Ok lets take it step further
What charge does salt have?
It dpeends
Mixed into water, again, for demonstration, ions (charged atoms, reductionistically speaking; particles able to form ion-ion bonds, salts, in more broader specific unreductionistic terms)
These ions, are they acidic, neutral or alkaline; what’s their pH?
NaCl pH is 7:
Now a hypothesis springs to mind direct. for a molecule, ion, salt or anything to have neutral pH:
- The two consitutents must either both be neutral, or
- They must be quote opposite, similar strength in pH, but in each their own direction.
Mayube this is a chemical fact, not sure.
Back to it.
pH of Na & Cl, in different circumstances or states of matter
In the fourth phase of water. 1
